Who Can Register?
In addition to citizens of Serbia, the ECD platform is also available to all adults who have:
- A valid passport of their country
- Proof of residence address in the territory of the Republic of Serbia
- An active email address
- Active phone number
Registration and Verification Process
Step 1: Account Registration
Visit our registration page and enter your details: first name, last name, email address, and phone number. Email verification is required.
Step 2: Continuation
We are continuing with the registration process. Prepare the following documentation and follow the steps that the site will guide you to:
- Valid passport (required)
- Selfie photo
- Proof of residential address – white card, residence permit, utility bill, bank statement or similar
Step 3: In-Person Verification
Identity verification for foreign nationals can be done as follows:

Step 4: Account Activation
After successful verification, your account will be verified within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays – account will be verified on the first working day). You will receive a confirmation email and will be able to use all the features of the platform: buying and selling cryptocurrencies, wallet services and much more.
Frequently Asked Questions
What documents are acceptable?
For foreign nationals, we only accept a valid passport as an identification document. Identity cards from abroad are not accepted. If you have a document issued by the competent authority of the Republic of Serbia, you can take it with you for identification purposes.
Can I use the platform without Serbian citizenship?
Yes. The ECD platform is also available to foreign nationals who complete the verification process. You need to have a document that will confirm your residence address in the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
How long does verification take?
After submitting all the required documents, the verification is usually completed within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays – the order will be verified on the first working day).
