If you no longer have access to your MFA, you can easily reset it by following the next steps.
Make sure you are logged into your account. In the upper right corner, under your name, select Account setup.
Go to MFA. In order to reset it, you’ll need one of the recovery codes you haven’t used before.
Next, a new QR code will be generated and you’ll be able to scan it with Google Authenticator and get new MFA codes.
Note – once you reset MFA, transactions will be disabled for 24 hours for security reasons.
If you don’t have your recovery codes, please call us at +381692200230 so that we could send new ones that you’ll be able to use in order to complete the MFA reset.
