Account locked after multiple failed attempts of logging in

Once a user has unsuccessfully tried to log into their account and has three failed attempts, the account is automatically locked, due to security measures put in place.

In this article we will show you what steps you need to take to unlock your account.

After three failed attempts of logging in you will receive the following message.

You will receive an email that is connected to your ECD account. The email contains the following subject “Obaveštenje o zaključanom nalogu”. It sent from ECD and contains a link you need to unlock your account and enables three new attempts to login.

Upon successful completion of these steps and logging into your account, we kindly remind you that you change your password.

In case that you haven’t received the email to unlock your account, we kindly ask you to check the email associated with your ECD account once again, as well as check your junk and spam folders.
