Deleting your ECD account

If you would like to delete your ECD account, you must be logged in.

In the upper right corner, select Account Setup. Select Delete account.

In the next window that opens up, in the drop down menu, you must select the reason for deleting your account.

When you press the Confirm button, a deletion request is sent to customer support. After customer support approves the deletion request you will receive a confirmation email. You have then successfully deleted your account.
