If you forget your Wallet password, you can easily reset it.
While you are logged into your ECD account, click on your name in the upper right corner and select Account Setup in the drop down menu.
Next to the ECD Wallet Password field there is a pen icon. Click on it and the following window will open:
After you click Change password, you will see this window:
After that, you need to access the email address which you used to register your account. Open the email you received and click the button at the end of it:
After that, a window will appear in which you can enter a new password. You also need to confirm it and enter the MFA code. Once you’ve filled in all the fields, click Change Password.
This completes the ECD Wallet password reset process.
