Change of email address on my ECD account
It is possible to change the email address that is associated with your ECD account. However, due to secure measures put in place, this is something that can be done only by contacting our customer support team.
In order to change your email address that is associated with your ECD user account, please follow these steps:
- 1. Send us an email message to[email protected]and within the email, submit a request for your email address to be changed. Email should contain the following:
Your current email address that you were registered with, and your new email address that you wish to use for your account. *Please bear in mind that the email needs to be sent from the email address that is currently registered to your account. - 2. In case that for any reason you are unable to access your email that is associated with your ECD account, please send us an SMS on +381692200230 with the same request as explained in the paragraph 1 above. This SMS must come from the same number that you used to create your account.
If all prerequisites are fulfilled, our customer support team will process your request after which you will receive a confirmation email to your new email address.
